eagle rally

The Eagle was raided by Atlanta police last Thursday. The department's official statement was that it was investigating alleged criminal conduct. Patrons were searched and forced to lie facedown on the floor. The owner and seven employees were arrested. Some in attendance have claimed homophobic remarks and poor treatment by officers.

The LGBT community held a rally at the Eagle calling for an investigation into the event.
